The BalaSal Advantage

Constantly Evolving.
Always Improving.
Never Finished.

Humble Beginnings.

We started, in 2014, when I (Matthew Cowell) was in college and convinced my grandfather, Larry Boyd (key figure in the development of the original polymer for soil salinity and other chemical/farming interests), to help create and launch a new product (BalaSal) that helps balance salts in soils affected by salinity. We started by working with a few farming companies, by doing direct field applications/trials and delivering drums of BalaSal to the field with a bobcat. Through that, we have been able to grow. We continue to do field applications to this day during the Fall/Winter/Spring produce season in the Yuma, Arizona area.

Constantly Evolving.

After a few years as we continued to fine tune BalaSal from field observations and grower comments. We found a polymer, in mid 2015, that helps to keep calcium from tying with phosphate. We instantly knew this would be a beneficial addition to our product, considering the unavailability of phosphate in high calcareous soils.

Always Improving.

We continue to look for high quality polymers that perform exceptionally well, in all soils. We are always trying to improve our recommended rates, product timing, and run lengths. Because, when we constantly improve, customers can be sure that they are getting the biggest bang for the buck.

Never Finished.

We are pleased to offer our customers a state of the art polymer to reduce sodium in arid growing region soils and help remediate the effects of high salinity well water. We work for the farmers and when they succeed, we succeed. If your interested in learning more about the product feel free to contact us. We've worked hard to create BalaSal and believe that to do it right, you have to build it in the field.
